WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After you’ve placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email when your parcel has been shipped. In this email you will find a tracking number, by which you can follow your order on its way to you.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

In your Wolftech Gymwear account you can see your order history and follow your current order(s). If necessary, you can cancel or change your order by sending us an email within 15 minutes after ordering. Contact us at info@wolftechgymwear.com.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you haven’t received a confirmation email including a tracking number or the tracking information in your account is not up-to-date, please wait a while before you reach out to us. Still no changes? Send an email to info@wolftechgymwear.com including your name and the emailaddress you've used for the order and we’ll get right on it!

I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG/FAULTY ITEM

In the case of receiving a wrong or faulty item, please return the item to us as instructed both here and on the return form that is attached to your package. Contact the customer service as soon as possible and we will do our best to provide you with the right item.
