Returning your items
You can return any unworn and unwashed item within 14 days after receiving your order. Items can only be returned for a refund, you cannot change an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we do not offer free returns to all countries. Read more about the costs below.
When returning an item, please make sure the hang tag and labels are attached to it and use the product packaging to wrap up the items you would like to return. To return your item(s) please use the attached return form and fill in the required information. Secure the attached label to your package.
Note: if you return an item without hang tags and/or labels or if you return an item that is worn or washed, you won't get a refund.
Have you received a wrong or faulty item? Please contact our customer service and we will make sure you can return this item and we will send you the right one, if still desired.
How to return your item(s)
- Fill in the form that is attached to your order and select one of the reasons for your return.
- You can return your order using the pre-printed label, which you can find in your package. Secure the label to your package. Cover any existing shipping labels.
- Go to your local post office and return your items.
- It may take a while before we receive your return, so please hold on to your proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.
